Martin Slauf

Martin Slauf is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, auditing, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Finance Manager and Controller at VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH since July 2022, Martin oversees finance management for the Czech entity, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Previously, Martin was Corporate Finance Manager at Swixx BioPharma, where responsibilities included managing group reporting and financial modeling across the CEE region, and collaboration on mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Martin has a strong auditing background with roles at KPMG Czech Republic and KPMG UK, where leadership of client audit engagements and mentorship of junior staff were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of New York in Prague and two Master of Science degrees, along with ACCA certification completed from 2014 to 2018.
