Bodo Rodestock

Bodo Rodestock was born in Frauenstein in 1968 and started his professional career in 1990 in the financial sector. After training as a banker and studying business administration at the Administration and Business Academy in Leipzig, he worked as a corporate customer advisor at Commerzbank AG from 1994; In 1997 he was also granted power of attorney.

In 2000, Bodo Rodestock moved to VNG AG, where he was Head of Finance and, from 2001, authorized signatory and from 2003 director. Accounting was added as a further area of ​​responsibility in 2006.

In 2011, Bodo Rodestock was put in charge of the main area of ​​commercial control. In this function he was responsible for all commercial issues at VNG AG.

Bodo Rodestock was appointed to the Executive Board of VNG AG in 2013, where he is responsible for finance and human resources. In 2020, his area of ​​responsibility was also expanded to include the IT department.
