Quyen started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at SHD in 2004 and then moved on to VinaGame JSC, where they worked as a Recruitment & Training Team Leader. In 2009, they joined VNG Corporation as an HR Business Partner, and later became the Head of Talent Acquisition in 2016. Quyen Pham's work experience spans over 15 years and is focused on various aspects of HR and talent management.
Quyen Pham earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2005 to 2007.
