Ashish Darji has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and business development sectors. Ashish began their professional career as a Software Engineer at Vantage Infoway, where they focused on ASP.NET development and client communication. Ashish then joined Systems Dynamics (Software) Pvt. Ltd. as a Management Intern, where they created a Supplier Rating Dashboard using R Statistical Programming Language. After that, Ashish served as a Business Development Executive and later as a Business Development Manager at Vnnovate Solutions Pvt Ltd. During their time at Vnnovate Solutions, they closed deals with Fortune 500 clients like Jaguar Land Rover, developed the company's vision, managed projects and accounts, and cultivated strong relationships with stakeholders. Ashish also held positions as IT Business Consultant and Sr. International Business Development Manager before becoming the Chief Commercial Officer. As the Chief Operating Officer, Ashish was responsible for developing and adapting the company's vision, managing the sales pipeline, and leading a team of business development professionals, developers, and team leaders. Ashish excels in project management, delivery management, and strategic planning, as well as communication, negotiation, and creating informative documents and presentations.
Ashish Darji completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering (SPCE) in Visnagar from 2007 to 2011. Ashish then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Information Technology and Marketing at Shanti Business School from 2013 to 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Ashish Darji obtained various certifications. In May 2020, they completed the "Business Etiquette" certification from Tata Consultancy Services. In the same month, they also obtained "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google. Ashish further enhanced their knowledge in digital marketing by acquiring "Google Analytics for Power Users" certification from Google in August 2020.
More recently, Ashish Darji obtained two certifications from LinkedIn. In December 2022, they completed the "Sales Strategies and Approaches in a New World of Selling" certification. In April 2023, they obtained the certification titled "Strategic Selling: How to Communicate with the C-Suite and Decision Makers" from LinkedIn.
