Martien de Man

Martien de Man has extensive experience in film and photography education, currently serving as a teacher at the Nederlandse Academie voor Beeldcreatie and De Nederlandse Fotovakschool since 2010. Martien holds a Bachelor of Art in Photography from the Koninklijke Academie voor Beeldende Kunsten and a degree in Biology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. In addition to teaching, Martien has been a freelance photographer for VNO-NCW since 1998, specializing in editorial photography, and owns a photography business, Newmartin, focusing on fashion, lifestyle, advertising, and documentary work. Martien has contributed to various publications and projects, including freelance work at Proud-Magazine and editorial photography for gemeente Delft.
