Raymond Puts

Raymond Puts is an experienced leader currently serving as the General Director at werkgeversvereniging AWVN since January 2020. In addition, Raymond holds several board positions, including member of the Supervisory Board at PUM Netherlands senior experts, member of the advisory board at UWV, and chairman of the advisory board for NVP Netwerk voor HR-Professionals. Raymond is also involved with De Normaalste Zaak as a board member, contributing to the creation of an inclusive labor market, and with Sociale Partners Samen voor Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (SPDI) as a non-executive board member. Previously, Raymond served as a board member at DECP and held the position of Chairman Of The Supervisory Board at Hilversumse Montessori Scholen. Academic credentials include an MBA from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and additional studies at Nationaal Register and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
