Nguyen Huy Hoang

Nguyen Huy Hoang is an experienced professional in the fields of user experience and product design. Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and Product Management at VNPT AI since November 2018, Nguyen leads innovative product development focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. In addition to this role, Nguyen holds positions as Head of UX Department and Product Management at VNPT IT, as well as Head of UI/UX Department. At VNPT Technology, Nguyen works as a Product Designer with expertise in UI/UX, web design, and branding. Previous experience includes roles at Hanel Software Solutions as UI/UX Design and Design Lead, and as Head of Design Department at Innova. Nguyen Huy Hoang holds an Engineer’s Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from FPT Arena.
