Thanh-Hai Nguyen

Thanh-Hai Nguyen has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as Director of the Solution & Product Center at VNPT Technology since November 2015, after holding the position of Deputy Director of the Solution and Software Development Center. Prior to this role, Thanh-Hai was the Deputy Director of the Enterprise Business Unit at Advanced Network Systems Vietnam, where responsibilities included providing enterprise solution consulting for contact center and customer experience solutions. Earlier in the career, Thanh-Hai worked as Technical Project Manager and Project Manager at VIVAS, leading significant projects such as a large-scale IP contact center for Home Credit Vietnam and the IP Contact Center System for VNPT Danang. Thanh-Hai holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
