Salil Kumar Srivastava

Salil Kumar Srivastava is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the agricultural and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as General Manager for International, Institutional Business & Digital Initiative at VNR Seeds Private Limited since November 2021, Salil leads operations for VNR Bangladesh Seeds Pvt Ltd and oversees the international business across the Asia Pacific region. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Muktinath Krishi Company Ltd., Chief Operating Officer at Mato, and additional leadership positions at Ananya Seeds Private Limited and Mahyco, where expertise in strategic consulting, production planning, and supply chain management was demonstrated.
