Lauren Gigner

Lauren Gigner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, learning, and development. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Learning and Development at VNS Health since June 2022, Lauren specializes in creating leadership development experiences that align with organizational goals, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance manager role expectations. Prior to VNS Health, Lauren worked at Dime Community Bank from June 2016 to May 2022 as an Organizational Development Specialist, where significant contributions included the development of tailored programs and successful grant acquisition to support employee education. Lauren's career also includes roles at Capital One, where as a Facilitator and Branch Manager, notable achievements included improving employee performance and maintaining a zero turnover rate over two years. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in English from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
