Teresa Lin

Teresa Lin, MBA, MSW, LSW, currently serves as the Vice President of Cultural Market Development at VNS Health, leading a bilingual team dedicated to promoting MAP/FIDA in VNSNY CHOICE Health Plans, the second largest in New York State. Lin has a strong track record, having exceeded 2019 MAP year-end census goals ten months early and led initiatives targeting the Asian community from 2012 to 2018. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at NYP Lower Manhattan Hospital, where significant increases in patient volume and program development were achieved. Lin holds a Master of Social Work from Touro University, an MBA from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
