Harry Nijkamp

Harry Nijkamp is an experienced governance advisor and director/owner of Nijkamp Consult bv since May 2014, providing consultancy in governance within education, healthcare, welfare, and government. Currently serving as the interim independent chair of SWV Veld, Vaart & Vecht since January 2024, Harry Nijkamp has held various roles including governance expert for the VO-Raad and project leader for educational initiatives such as "Dorp in School" and the pre-school experiment at Van Ostade in The Hague. With a strong background in legal advice and participation processes in education, Harry Nijkamp also plays an active role in collaborations aimed at enhancing the quality of governance and integrating special education. Education includes a degree in law and public administration from Leiden University.
