Cindy Nguyen

Cindy Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Investisseur at Time for the Planet since January 2021, Cindy focuses on fundraising to combat climate change through the creation of innovative companies. In the role of Global Head of People Strategy and Academy at VO2 GROUP, which started in July 2016, Cindy oversees project management, training development, and change management, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and enhancing employee experience. Previous roles include Head of People Operations EMEA, RH Coordinator, and Culture & Talent Acquisition at VO2 GROUP, as well as recruitment and school relations positions at BearingPoint and Orange. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from SUP des RH and additional degrees in Business Management and Business Information Management.
