Phillip Shoultz

Phillip Shoultz, III, is a distinguished artist and educator with extensive experience in music and the arts. Currently serving as the Cantor for Worship, Music, and the Arts at Westwood Lutheran Church since July 2020, Phillip also holds positions as Associate Conductor and Associate Artistic Director at VocalEssence since May 2015. Previously, Phillip was the Director of Music, Worship, and the Arts at Good Samaritan United Methodist Church from August 2013 to June 2020. Educational credentials include a Master of Music in Conducting from Georgia State University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Music Performance and Liberal Arts from the University of Georgia. Phillip is recognized for fostering community and inspiring action among diverse groups of all ages and abilities.
