Wendy Rogina

Wendy Rogina has been President & CEO at VOCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM INC since April 1986.

Wendy was previously employed as an Employment Specialist at Pomona Valley Workshop from February 1985 to March 1986. In this very short period of time, Wendy became a believer in the concept of employment for persons with disabilities. Her placement successes were abundant and the personal reward and gratification was immense.

Wendy Rogina attended Cumberland Valley High School and then Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they studied vocational rehabilitation.
