Victor Brunko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Victor co-founded 1LineSoft in 2005 and served as a Co-Founder until 2021. During their time at 1LineSoft, Victor played a key role in the company's development.

In 2005, Victor also worked as a CIO and Software Developer at Neryungri, City Billing Center Ltd. until 2007.

For the past few years, Victor has been involved in various advisory roles. Victor served as a Board Advisor for True Flood Risk from 2019 onwards. Victor has also been a Board Advisor at Emvoice, Inc. since 2022.

In terms of software engineering roles, Victor has worked as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at NTT DATA Services from 2018 to 2019. Victor has also held positions at Acquia, serving as a Principal Software Development Engineer on the Content Hub Team from 2018 to 2019, and as a Principal Software Engineer on the Cloud Team from 2018 to 2018.

Victor has also worked at Verizon LTE Innovation Center as a Senior Software Developer from 2016 to 2018, where they contributed to IoT and telematic backend development.

In terms of recent roles, Victor served as a Staff Software Engineer at Tesla from 2019 to 2022, where they worked on the Fleetnet Team and MOS Team. Currently, they are a Staff Software Engineer at Quantgene, where they lead a team, working with technologies such as Go, Kubernetes, C/C++, Flutter, Dart, JavaScript, Jetstream, NATS, k8s, k3s, ARM-built-k8s, AWS, on-prem, Oracle Cloud OCI, Vultr, ConcourseCI, Docker, and cross-compilations.

Throughout their various roles, Victor has demonstrated expertise in software development and leadership, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked with.

Victor Brunko obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from North-Eastern Federal University (former Yakutsk State University) from 1999 to 2003. Victor then pursued a Master's Degree in the same field at the same university from 2003 to 2004.

In 2017, Victor Brunko attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an OpenCourseWare Listener, specifically studying Mathematics 18.01 (Single Variable Calculus) with Prof. David Jerison.

In terms of additional certifications, Victor Brunko attended the ASU+GSV Summit in April 2023. Victor also earned a certification called "shaping-up-with-angular-js" from Code School in March 2015.
