Stanley Mananghaya has worked for four companies over the past 16 years. In 2004, they began as a Business Development Officer at HSBC. In 2007, they moved to EXL as an Accounts Executive. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Junior Assistant Manager for Operations Level 1 at BDO Unibank Inc. Finally, they became a Business Development Specialist at Vocus in 2012.

Stanley Mananghaya graduated from Baliuag University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), majoring in Accountancy.
