Jim Fitchett has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jim is a co-founder of ProVentive, Inc., and has delivered over $12 million in performance improvement consulting services. Jim has also developed and sold predictive modeling and care management software to health plans and medical management firms.

Jim Fitchett has a proven track record of helping clients achieve significant performance improvements and stakeholder alignment. Jim is an expert in strategic planning, change management, process mapping and redesign, simulations, pay-for-performance piloting, and collaborative planning.

Jim Fitchett's educational career includes a Master's Degree in Government and Public Administration from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from American University, and a Diploma from Brent School in Baguio, The Philippines.
