Deborah Hess

Deborah Hess is a seasoned professional in technology and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Technology Effectiveness & Transformation and Head of Network Infra Sharing at Vodacom since April 2023. Previously, Deborah held the roles of PS: Technology Efficiency and Senior Specialist in Network Planning & Optimization at Vodacom from November 2017 to March 2022. Deborah's career also includes experience as a Network Engineer at Nokia from February 2016 to October 2017 and as a professional in Strategic Planning & Analytics and Fundamental Planning at Telkom from May 2011 to February 2016. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and an MBA from MANCOSA. Education was initiated at Crawford College Durban, where Deborah achieved a Matric Certification with Distinction.
