Michelle Seko

Michelle Seko has a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, with extensive experience in leadership positions across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Head at Vodacom since May 2019, Michelle has held multiple roles focusing on talent acquisition, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Australia regions at Sage, where Michelle led and coached a high-performance recruitment team. Previous roles at Telesure Group Services, Standard Bank Group, MultiChoice, Ratio Recruitment, and Oceana HR Professionals further underscore Michelle's expertise in recruitment and human resources. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Johannesburg and completed Matric at Athlone High School for Girls.
