Berceles Campos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management, currently serving as the Manager of CVM Technology at Vodacom Mozambique since April 2017. In this role, Berceles has established a centralized demand management function, defined training and career development pathways for team members, and maintained comprehensive technology roadmaps. Berceles has a strong background in project management, technical support, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
