Celia Palalane has extensive experience in customer care and operations within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Executive Head of Customer Care for Vodacom Mozambique, overseeing Vodacom and M-Pesa channels and services since June 2013. Previously, Celia held various managerial roles at Vodacom Mozambique and worked at MultiChoice Group as a General Branch Manager for customer care. Earlier career experience includes positions at Millennium bim as an Account Manager and Call Centre Supervisor. Celia holds degrees in Administration and Management from UDM- Universidade Tecnica de Mocambique and in Public Administration from UEM- Universidade Eduardo Mondlane.
