Ana Bordeianu is the Chief Customer Officer at Vodafone Australia. Ana has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked for Vodafone in Romania, Qatar, and Australia.

Bordeianu began their career with Vodafone Romania in October 2011 as the Director of Customer Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the company's contact centers, customer experience, digital account management, telesales, credit, and collection departments. Ana successfully improved customer retention and delivered an unmatched customer experience in customer care.

In November 2010, Bordeianu took on the role of Head of Customer Experience for Vodafone Qatar. In this role, they were responsible for developing the customer experience strategy and implementing changes needed to deliver an awesome customer experience at all customer touchpoints.

In January 2018, Bordeianu returned to Vodafone Australia as the Chief Customer Officer. In this role, they are in charge of Sales and Distribution, Brand and Marketing, Customer Value management, Product and Pricing, Customer Operations including Credit and Collection and Logistics. Ana leads a team of 1,500 staff onshore and 1,700 staff offshore.

Ana Bordeianu has a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Bucharest and a degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
