Szilvia Kocsis-Tóth has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Szilvia started their career at Budapest Bank Zrt. as a Business Unit Controller, where they were responsible for business planning, performance reporting, and monitoring at the Sales division. Szilvia also played a crucial role in boosting performance through decision support materials and system developments.

After their time at Budapest Bank, Szilvia joined Allianz Hungária Zrt. as a Business and Planning Controller. Here, they focused on financial planning and analysis.

Szilvia then transitioned to Vodafone in 2011 and held various roles over the years. Szilvia started as a Senior Commercial Business Analyst and later became a Senior Product & Customer Value Manager and a Senior Portfolio & Product Manager. Currently, Szilvia works as the AI - Automation & Innovation Lead at Vodafone Hungary, where they continue to contribute to the company's advancement in automation and innovation.

Szilvia Kocsis-Tóth holds a Bachelor's degree in College of Finance And Accountancy from Budapest Business University, which they obtained in the years 2008-2011. Szilvia also completed a course in Digital Marketing from Squared Online in 2017. In 2020, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a program in Corporate Innovation. Currently, they are pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science (MSc) at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Squared Online in 2017.
