Ajay Mehta

Ajay Mehta has worked as the Vice President of TRAI Policy and Operations at Vodafone Idea Limited since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Policy Advocacy and Regulatory (Convergence) at Sterlite Power from June 2019 to February 2021.

Ajay Mehta has a diverse education history. In 1996-1997, they completed their 12th grade at Pratap Public School, Karnal. Ajay went on to enroll at Kurukshetra University, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from 1997 to 2002. Continuing their education, Ajay obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Laws and Practices from Kurukshetra University in 2004-2005.

In 2009-2010, they pursued a Post Graduate Program in Cyber Laws at the Asian School of Cyber Laws. Further enhancing their business acumen, Ajay completed the Future Leaders Program through Harvard Business Publishing in India from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Business Administration and Management.

Currently, Ajay is working towards an eMasters in Public Policy at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, starting in 2024.

Besides their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications in various areas. Ajay completed the "Course on Embracing Change" at Harrapa in 2020, along with the "Time Management: Working from Home" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" courses on LinkedIn.
