Ankit Soni

Ankit Soni currently serves as General Manager Head of Human Resource (VISSL) at Vodafone Idea Limited since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ankit was the Head of Human Resources at Welspun Global Services from December 2020 to March 2023 and held various positions at Genpact from August 2007 to December 2020, culminating in the role of Human Resources Manager. With over 13 years of experience in Business Partner Human Resources (BPHR) and HR Shared Services (HRSS), Ankit's expertise encompasses workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, learning and development, and team management. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Allahabad, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
