Christine Maxfield Jacob has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Christine started their career at Hutchison Essar Telecom Ltd as a Call Center Representative and later became an Assistant Store Manager. Christine then joined Vodafone as a Store Manager and eventually transitioned into the role of Partner Account Manager. Christine then worked at Vodafone Idea Limited as an Account Service Manager and later as a Regional Account Service Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing partner management processes, executing retention strategies, and analyzing market trends. Christine has extensive experience in service and collection for enterprise business and government, SME, and SOHO clients.

Christine Maxfield Jacob completed their education at J.D. Birla College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Textile Science from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Pratt Memorial School from 1995 to 1997 and completed their ISC qualification. Christine also attended Pratt Memorial from 1984 to 1995 and obtained their I.C.S.E qualification.
