Manish Rastogi

Manish Rastogi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in capability development, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at Vodafone Idea Limited since May 2008, currently serving as Head of Capability Development, Talent & DEI-RAD. Manish has held significant roles at Idea Cellular Ltd since 2008 and previously worked at Bharti as Group Manager and at NIS Sparta as a Training Effectiveness Consultant, specializing in executive training programs. With a strong foundation in business development from previous positions with the Saud Bahwan Group and DHL Worldwide Express, Manish holds multiple degrees, including a recent qualification in Organizational Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Training and Development from the Indian Society of Training and Development.
