Rochak Kapur

Rochak Kapur has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Rochak currently holds the position of EVP & Head of Enterprise Products & Business Operations at Vodafone Idea Limited, where they are responsible for planning and delivering on enterprise revenue targets, developing business strategy, and implementing digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this, they served as EVP & Head of Business Excellence at Vodafone Idea Limited, overseeing product innovation, solution sales, and digital transformation for the enterprise business division. Before joining Vodafone Idea Limited, Kapur worked at Idea Cellular Ltd as the VP & Business Head of Broadband & Business Solutions, where they established the company's enterprise business unit and managed the P&L for both enterprise and home broadband businesses. Rochak also served in various leadership roles at Erstwhile Viom Networks, ZTE Corporation, Motorola Mobility, Motorola, Motorola Home & Networks Mobility, Nokia, and C-DOT. Throughout their career, Kapur has demonstrated expertise in sales, business strategy, product management, and pre-sales support for telecommunications solutions.

Rochak Kapur received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued an MBA degree at the University of Strathclyde from 2005 to 2008.
