Rupesh Choudhary

Rupesh Choudhary has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in sales and management roles. Rupesh has held various positions at top companies such as Vodafone Idea Limited, Kent Technologies, Idea Cellular Ltd, Airtel, BPL Mobile, and Voltas Limited.

At Vodafone Idea Limited, Rupesh served as the Vice President and National Sales Head for the BFSI Segment. Rupesh was responsible for leading a team focused on enhancing customer experience and driving sales innovation.

Before that, Rupesh was the Enterprise Head at Kent Technologies, where they oversaw enterprise operations for a year.

At Idea Cellular Ltd, Rupesh held multiple roles, including General Manager, Deputy General Manager for National Enterprise Business, Senior Manager, and Manager. Rupesh played a key role in launching the Enterprise Business Unit and driving revenue enhancement strategies.

Rupesh also worked at Airtel as an ASM, responsible for the Mumbai Hunting Vertical. Rupesh developed strategies for channel incentive programs and increased corporate base within channel acquisition.

Prior to that, Rupesh worked at BPL Mobile as the Area Manager for Channel Operations. Rupesh successfully increased sales and controlled suspension rates.

Rupesh began their career at Voltas Limited as a Management Trainee. Rupesh worked their way up to become the Head of Mumbai Retail Operations and later Head of Key Accounts in the East Zone. Rupesh achieved significant success in turning around key accounts from being hostile to positive.

Throughout their career, Rupesh has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer experience, and a drive for sales growth.

Rupesh Choudhary attended the Indian School of Business in 2021, where they focused on leading business transformation and innovation programs. Rupesh obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering from MGM College of Engineering Technology, Mumbai, from 1994 to 1999.
