Sukumar Das

Sukumar Das has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Sukumar began their career with Idea Cellular Limited in 2007 as an Executive and worked their way up to the position of Assistant Manager. During this time, they were responsible for complaint management, partner management, and handling customer escalations. In 2012, Sukumar joined Vodafone Idea Limited as a Manager and later became the Site Lead for Service Partner Operation. Sukumar is experienced in team management, customer satisfaction, and handling customer complaints.

Sukumar Das earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ranchi University, Ranchi, between 2000 and 2003.
