Vivek Tiwari

Vivek Tiwari has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as AGM VIL SNOC Incident Management and Circle Lead at Vodafone Idea Limited since September 2019, focusing on incident management and vendor management. Prior roles include senior management positions at Idea Cellular Ltd from June 2007 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed OSS deployment, network performance management, and NOC operations across various technologies including GSM, WCDMA, and LTE. Early career experiences include field support engineering with Sasken Network Engineering Ltd and roles at BSNL. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from North Maharashtra University.
