Andries Feijen

Andries Feijen currently serves as the Manager of HR Technology and Product Owner of the HR Squad at VodafoneZiggo, where responsibilities include managing the HR IT landscape and leading a team of colleagues in the HR Technology department. Previously, Andries held the role of HR Technology Innovation Lead, overseeing the implementation of Oracle HCM and leading various innovation projects. Prior experience includes working as a Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on Change Management and Operational Excellence, and as a Change Manager at PostNL, implementing Lean Six Sigma processes. Andries also served as an Advisor in Public Affairs at PostNL, analyzing legislation impacting the business. Additionally, Andries was the lead guitarist for the band MiSSioN, releasing two CDs and touring extensively. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from the University of Groningen in International Relations and International & European Law.
