Andy Wijnen serves as the Sr. Manager of Technology Operations at VodafoneZiggo since January 2018, overseeing over 70 full-time employees across various service monitoring centers and teams focused on incident management and tooling design. Andy has previously managed an agile and DevOps team, facilitating incident and escalation management for multiple IT services and common infrastructure responsibilities. Prior experience at Vodafone Nederland includes roles in service management and operations, with a focus on incident management, tooling enhancements, and multivendor escalations. Andy’s career began at ASML as a System Qualification Engineer, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biometry/Biometrics from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
