Chester Marsman

Chester Marsman has over 25 years of marketing experience with a focus on customer value management (CVM) in the telecommunications and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. CVM Marketeer for the SoHo segment at VodafoneZiggo since January 2017, Chester is responsible for in-life cross-sell and upsell initiatives, as well as retention and churn activities. Prior roles include similar positions at Vodafone and Nationale-Nederlanden, along with marketing positions at RVS Verzekeringen, E-Business Centre Nederland, and Postbank. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Business/Commerce with a specialization in Marketing from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
