Gerben Penterman

Gerben Penterman is a Senior Engineer in Operations Access and SMC BackOffice Access at VodafoneZiggo. They have a diverse background in engineering and customer service, having held previous roles as a Senior NOC Engineer and Senior Operations Employee at Ziggo B.V. Gerben started their career as a dual HBO Nursing student at Dimence and later became a Senior Call Center Agent at Cendris Customer Contact. They have also contributed to knowledge transfer and training initiatives for DNOC engineers. Gerben earned a Propedeuse in HBO-V from Hogeschool Saxion and pursued Chemical Engineering at the University of Twente.
