Ahmed Ibrahim

Ahmed Ibrahim is an experienced Service Deployment and Support Engineer at Vodafone since June 2019, where responsibilities include configuring internet, MPLS L2 VPN, and L3 VPN circuits for enterprise customers, as well as configuring PE-CE routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, and Static. Prior experience includes serving as an IP Operations Engineer at Ericsson from May 2018 to May 2019, managing core site devices in a multivendor environment and monitoring key performance indicators for IPBB Network and security, as well as mobile internet traffic. Ahmed holds a degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Middle East, completed from 2011 to 2016, and has training from the Cisco Networking Academy.
