Frantisek Kozisek

Frantisek Kozisek has extensive experience in software engineering, particularly within Core IT at Vodafone, where a tenure from January 2014 to December 2023 included roles such as Head of Core IT Software Engineering and Senior Manager. Key achievements involve establishing development standards, implementing capacity planning systems for a team of 100 developers, and leading the Siebel CRM chapter to enhance technical guidance and resource allocation. Frantisek has also contributed as a Senior CRM Consultant, focusing on the design and development of Siebel CRM solutions, and served as a Siebel CRM Order Management Expert, ensuring effective system customization and issue resolution. An academic foundation includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology specializing in Business Process Management and a Master's in Economics and Management from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
