Heather Simons

Heather Simons has extensive experience in human resources and pension management, currently serving as Trustee Director at Vodafone Group Pension Trustee Limited since September 2016. In this role, Heather is a member of the Investment and Funding Sub-Committee and has held various senior positions at Vodafone, including Senior Group Reward Manager and Pensions Manager, focusing on strategy, governance, risk, and investment for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Heather also led key initiatives such as Vodafone’s Annual Reward Review and UK Gender Pay Gap reporting while managing the design of compensation systems. Prior experience includes roles at Skanska as an ERP Analyst, Superdry in HR Work Experience, and Cancer Research UK as a Summer Studentship participant. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nottingham.
