Isobel Finlayson

Isobel Finlayson currently serves as the Loyalty Partnerships Lead for the VeryMe Rewards program at Vodafone, having taken on the role on a secondment basis. Previously, Isobel held multiple positions at Mando, ranging from Senior Account Director (Partnerships) to New Business Lead, specialising in loyalty and promotional partnerships. Prior experience includes roles as Brand Partnerships Manager at both the National Citizen Service Trust and KidZania London, as well as Senior Partnerships Manager at Cherry London. Isobel's early career features guest service management at Sandos Hotels & Resorts, English teaching at the British Council, and event staff positions at Limelight Sports. Isobel holds a BA in Hispanic and Latin American Languages from the University of Leeds, complemented by a year abroad at Universidad de Murcia.
