Jigisha Dhakan

Jigisha Dhakan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail, technical support, and education. Currently working as a Retail Assistant at Primark since November 2021, responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, stocking and merchandising, and managing inventory. Prior to this role, Jigisha was a 1st Line Support Engineer at NexRise Group, handling cloud backups, technical support, and user setup. In addition, Jigisha founded Hogwarts Institute, an educational institution in Bhavnagar, and completed a Cyber Security internship at mvtechlabs, focusing on security analysis and threat monitoring. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Cyber Security from the University of Hertfordshire and multiple degrees in Information Technology from SHANTILAL SHAH ENGINEERING COLLEGE and Sir Bhavsinhji Polytechnic Institute.
