Judith Obholzer

Judith Obholzer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in geopolitical security, public policy, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Global Head of Geopolitical Security & Relations at Vodafone since August 2022, Judith previously held significant roles at Vodacom, including Managing Executive for Public Policy and Regulatory from July 2018 to August 2022 and Managing Executive for International Legal and Regulatory. Judith has managed public policy strategies across various international markets, engaging with regulatory stakeholders and governments in multiple African countries. Judith's career also includes previous positions at Vodafone, United Nations, and several internships, complemented by an MSc in International Strategy & Economics from the University of St Andrews and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth.
