Juergen Janovsky

Juergen Janovsky has extensive experience in IT operations and management with Vodafone since July 1992, holding various leadership positions including Director of IT Operations and Head of Department for Service & Controlling Management IT Operations. Juergen has been instrumental in building service management frameworks and leading major incident management teams using Kepner Tregou methodology. Juergen has also managed customer lifecycle management, ensuring the performance and availability of online applications across Germany, and has held roles in operational provisioning, customer care services, and data warehousing. Prior to Vodafone, Juergen worked at Mannesmann D2 GmbH as an IT Trainer and at Air Liquide as a System Analyst. Juergen holds a university degree in Business Administration from FOM University and has completed a career acceleration program at Maastricht University.
