Laura Phillips

Laura Phillips has extensive experience in the field of cyber security, particularly in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). From December 2016 to April 2020, Laura worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a SIEM Content Developer, focusing on designing and developing custom content based on security operations needs. Following this, Laura served at SY4 Security from April 2020 to January 2022, advancing through various roles, including SIEM Content Technical Team Lead. Most recently, Laura held multiple positions at Vodafone from April 2022 to January 2024, including SIEM Content Technical Team Leader and Senior Manager of Cyber Security Operations Centre. Laura began the career at Asda as a Security Guard and Customer Service Advisor. Education includes an Honours degree in Computer Security and Forensics from Edinburgh Napier University.
