Lindsay Smith is an experienced professional in reward strategy and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Reward / OE and International Mobility at Vodafone since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing Vodafone Ireland’s Total Reward strategy and overseeing the Annual Reward Review cycle. Prior to this role, Lindsay held positions at the Central Bank of Ireland as the Head of Total Reward & HR Operations and as a Senior Total Reward Manager, focusing on reward strategy implementation, governance framework development, and enhancing the Employee Value Proposition. Additional experience includes roles at Bord na Móna, HP, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and Irish Life Corporate Business, spanning over two decades in various aspects of compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Educational qualifications consist of a 2:1 Hons BA in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Leadership and Management, and a BA in Human Resources & Management.
