Mário Correia has extensive experience in IT management, particularly with Vodafone from May 2009 to May 2018, where roles included Manager for IT DevOps Configuration & Release Management and Manager for IT Application Maintenance. Responsibilities encompassed deployment policy management, software deployment automation, test environment management, infrastructure patching control, and release deployment execution. Mário also managed care and self-care projects within call-center technology. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology from Universidade Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems and eBusiness from Atlântico Business School, along with an IT Developer degree from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro.
