Natasha Maher has a diverse background in customer experience and quality management, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Vodafone since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as D&C Experience Lead in the SIS Programme at Dublin City University from July 2022 to August 2024 and in Experience Management at Three Ireland from June 2017 to July 2022. Natasha also held the position of Quality Manager at eir Business from July 2000 to June 2016, focusing on the improvement of Agent Quality for Business customers. Earlier in Natasha's career, a role as Credit Manager at Superior Express Ltd was held from June 1998 to June 2000.
