Pankaj Gite

Pankaj Gite is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Global Lead for Organizational Development and Change Management at Vodafone since June 2019, where responsibilities include driving HR transformational projects such as Operating Model Design and HR Analytics, while also being part of the Country HR Leadership Team. Prior to Vodafone, Pankaj held roles as a Global Human Resources Business Partner, an HR Business Partner at Siemens, and an Assistant Manager in Employee Relations at Bajaj Auto Ltd, among other internships in HR operations and employee relations. Pankaj holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SSGMCE, Shegaon.
