Pradeep D'costa is a telecom executive with extensive experience in commercial strategy and large-scale transformation. They began their career at EY as a Manager in Business Consulting from 2005 to 2010, followed by a role as General Manager in Corporate Strategy at Nokia from 2010 to 2013. Pradeep served as General Manager of Corporate Strategy at Vodafone from 2013 to 2016 before taking on leadership roles in Consumer Commercial Strategy and Strategic Programmes. They currently hold the position of Head of Strategy & Transformation at Vodafone Business International, having joined in 2023. Pradeep earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
