Rafael Mir Roy

Rafael Mir Roy is a highly experienced IT professional with over two decades of expertise in project management and technology development. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager for Business Development at Endesa since March 2016, Rafael leads IT project deliveries for commercial initiatives including digital transformation projects utilizing Salesforce technology and cloud migration. Previously, Rafael held various roles at Vodafone from December 2000, including IT Development Project Manager focused on Revenue Assurance, and played a key role in launching the digital operator Lowi.es. With a strong background in managing IT and network projects, product development, and demand management, Rafael has successfully overseen the delivery of a wide range of projects aimed at improving billing systems and enhancing customer offerings. Rafael began a career in project management with Page Ibérica, working on defense and aeronautics projects, after earning a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Alcalá.
